Founder Story
Hi, I’m Brittany — a toddler mom, wife, and Fort Bend realtor who believes women do their best work when they feel supported, seen, and connected. Between motherhood, business, and building community, I’ve learned how powerful it is to surround yourself with other women growing in life. That’s why I built SheMeansBusiness.

Why SMB Was Created
SheMeansBusiness was created to give women entrepreneurs a place where connection feels real and support doesn’t feel intimidating. I wanted a community where women could grow their businesses and still show up fully in their personal lives, without guilt, pressure, or comparison.

SMB is a collaborative, community-driven network for women at all stages of entrepreneurship. Through networking socials, business education, and members-only events, we focus on building relationships, gaining clarity, and growing with intention. This is a space where women feel welcomed, encouraged, and empowered.
